Marketplaces
A marketplace is not a sales channel. It is a search engine.
Most brands run their marketplace presence like a shopfront somebody else maintains. It is closer to search: a ranking problem, a content problem and a media problem, with rules of its own and a policy team that can switch you off.
The discipline is genuinely separate from the rest of digital. The algorithm is different, the content rules are enforced rather than advisory, and the account itself can be suspended for things that have nothing to do with marketing. Treating it as an extension of your website team is how listings get suppressed and nobody notices for a month.
It is also not separate from your brand. The same positioning has to survive on a detail page competing with forty near-identical products, which is where most marketplace work quietly fails.

Where we work
Amazon first, properly.
Flipkart and Myntra are next. We would rather do one marketplace properly than list five and be shallow on all of them, which is the whole argument of everything we have written about focus.
Selling on a marketplace and stuck?
Send us the account and the problem. The audit will tell you whether it is a listing problem, a media problem or a positioning problem.
